The staff were wonderful. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. Our beds were warm and comfortable. The toiletries were very nice. We ate in the restaurant, and it was delicious, as was breakfast. It was my birthday and I was given a glass of Prosecco and brownies with cream on the house. We were given brownies and fresh milk upon arrival. These were lovely touches. There was tea and proper coffee in the room. The hotel itself is charming, with a communal lounge and log fire, which was very cosy. They also have a large outside area, and even provide blankets and hats if you're chilly. We will definitely be going back when Wilton House opens again.

This was a great place to spend our weekend break. Just a short distance from Salisbury, Stonehenge and other historic venues, it’s in an ideal location. The Pembroke offers a wide variety of drinks and food for both indoor and outdoor dining with the homemade Pizzas being very popular. We found all the staff were very friendly and attentive and on top of everything when it became busy. Our rooms were very comfortable and the hot and cold breakfast’s were delicious and freshly made. We would return again and highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location and extremely homely feel. Charming room on the second floor of this historic venue. Warming log fire in the lounge, lovely and helpful staff - nothing seemed too much trouble. Dinner in the lively restaurant was extremely good with top service - a good step up from the usual pub fare. Excellent value, too. A good bus service into Salisbury saving costly parking! Will stay again. Of interest, it is the only boutique hotel in Salisbury recommended by The Daily Telegraph!

Great overnight visit. Staff friendly and extremely attentive. The food was delicious and I loved the choice. The building is tastefully decorated throughout and is maintained to a high standard. I liked that all the rooms were named. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The brownies in the room were a nice touch and tasty. The grounds and garden area are nice - so nice to have a choice of venues to eat and drink. The available sunhats were cute too.

Just a really Nice place to stay and experience. We didn't eat or get a chance to try the breakfast but all the facilities were really nice as was the room, with loads of nice little extras that are missing from so many places these days. Especially at such a good value. And all the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful. All you could ask for really.
